What happens after you submit

Our billing team receives your dispute and reviews the tow record against your submission.

We may contact you to request supporting documents such as a bill of sale, signed title, or DMV confirmation.

You will receive a written response within 5–7 business days explaining our findings.

If the dispute is valid, the lien notice will be voided and no further action is required from you.
